DEI work is most effective when it is done from a place of care and compassion. I focus on the people side of the work, supporting my clients around organizational culture, change management, and group dynamics. To support each organization’s individual needs, I meet clients where they are, acknowledging the uniqueness and complexities not only of each organization but of each person in it. This nimble, highly personalized approach allows me to work as effectively as possible with a wide variety of organizations who are united by their desire to create genuine change.
I work with clients not to check a box or immediately solve a problem but to help them identify and move through each next step in their own unique DEI journey.
Long-Term DEI Consulting and Advising
My long-term consulting partnerships are structured to set every client up for success in their ongoing DEI journey. Although every partnership is tailored to the needs of the individual client, our ultimate goals are always the same: to weave DEI practices into the fabric of the organization and equip all members with the knowledge and tools to continue their DEI work on an ongoing basis, both personally and professionally.
All organizations are made up of individuals, and we begin there: by rooting our work together in an acknowledgement of where we are, where we want to go, and how each individual’s history, biases, and lived experience contributes to organization-wide dialogue and decision making. Through coaching, facilitated sessions, and other workshops (below), my goal is that every client concludes our partnership equipped to lead their own ongoing DEI journey.
Facilitated Sessions
I partner with clients to design customized facilitated sessions, either independently or as a part of a long-term engagement, including workshops, trainings, retreats, and webinars. Sessions are designed to address a team’s or organization’s unique needs and are interactive, activity-based, and engaging to a variety of learning styles.
Equity Leadership Coaching
Real change happens at the individual level — and for leaders, that change has the power to influence an entire organization. Through 1:1 coaching, I support leaders in engaging in the individual growth that sets the tone for successful organization-wide DEI work and creates the conditions for authentic change.
