Every organization is unique — in composition, in focus, and in experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Organizations and individuals move through their unique DEI journey at different paces and face different challenges along the way.
I partner with leaders and organizations across a variety of sectors in their unique journeys to become more diverse, equitable, and inclusive. With a background in talent, organization development, and coaching, I bring a deep understanding of team dynamics and the science of organizational change to my work. I meet clients where they are, acknowledging the uniqueness and complexities not only of each organization but of each person in it.
The issues of inequity we face as a society today are centuries in the making. Although DEI work can be difficult, my goal is for my clients to walk away from our work together feeling both challenged and inspired — challenged to confront personal, organizational, and cultural biases and behaviors challenged, and inspired to continue learning, growing, changing, and working on their organizations and themselves. I believe that every person has the right to show up as their authentic selves, feel valued and appreciated, and contribute to work and a cause that is meaningful to them. By creating spaces where this can be true, organizations and the people within them are able to grow and thrive for the long term.
