Every organization is unique — in composition, in focus, and in experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). With a background in talent, organization development, and coaching, I bring a deep understanding of team dynamics and the science of organizational change to my work. I meet clients where they are, acknowledging the uniqueness and complexities not only of each organization but of each person in it.

Long-Term DEI Consulting and Advising

My long-term consulting partnerships are structured to set every client up for success in their ongoing DEI journey, with the goal of weaving DEI practices into the fabric of the organization and equipping all members with the knowledge and tools to continue their DEI work on an ongoing basis.

Facilitated Sessions

I partner with clients to design customized facilitated sessions, either independently or as a part of a long-term engagement, including workshops, trainings, retreats, and webinars.

Equity Leadership Coaching

I support leaders in engaging in the individual growth that sets the tone for successful organization-wide DEI work and creates the conditions for authentic change.
